Hello!

My name is Anna Zworykina and I am glad that you are holding my perfume in your hands.

Please read these instructions, so that the perfume will bring you

only joy and pleasure.

It’s always a good idea to explore a new fragrance when you’re in a positive frame of mind.

Please avoid testing perfumes if you're hungry, feeling unwell, or very tired—at such moments, unfamiliar scents are more likely to feel off-putting than captivating.

Our sense of smell is deeply tied to our emotions and physical state, and first impressions of a fragrance often linger for a long time.

Please note: many natural perfumes have their own natural hue, which might stain light fabrics or leave marks on your skin if applied heavily.
  • There is no single “right” way to experience perfume. Some people enjoy applying it to their wrists, under the collarbones, at the throat, or near the hairline.

  • To avoid overwhelming your senses, limit your exploration to no more than 1–2 fragrances in a day. My perfumes are rich and complex, and you’ll enjoy their stories more if you savor them slowly.

  • Natural fragrances are at their best when applied directly to the skin, especially on pulse points like the wrists. But if this feels too bold or you’re unsure of your connection with a scent, there are gentler ways to experience it:

  • Apply the perfume to your hair or dark-colored clothing. This is especially helpful for those with sensitive skin, as the fragrance stays on the fabric or hair rather than making direct contact with the skin.

  • Spray the air and pass a scarf or fabric through the scented mist.

  • Apply the perfume to leather accessories like bracelets—this method gives natural perfumes exceptional longevity.

If the relationship with a perfume doesn’t immediately click, don’t worry. Explore the scent on blotters or fabric, in different weather, or at various emotional moments. If the first meeting doesn’t bring joy, save it for a time when you’re in the mood for an olfactory adventure.
When the connection works, though, a fragrance can become a powerful source of comfort, joy, and inspiration. Many of my clients love applying my perfumes to their pillows before bed or carrying them along on important journeys. May this scent weave its way into your life, bringing joy and beauty with every wear.

To ensure your fragrance retains its beauty and essence, it’s important to treat it with care, especially after receiving it or during colder months:
  1. Resting After Shipping: After your fragrance arrives, allow it to rest for a couple of days, especially in cold weather.
  2. Natural Sediment: It's normal to see a small sediment at the bottom of the bottle. This is simply the tincture of natural amber and does not affect the quality of the fragrance.
  3. Proper Storage: Store your fragrances in a dark place, like a box or drawer, to protect them from light and heat, which can degrade the oils. For best results, keep bottles upright in a vertical position.
  4. Shelf Life of Samples: Samples, whether in a vial or spray form, have a limited lifespan. Typically, these mini versions last one to two years, though they can sometimes last up to a few years, depending on storage conditions.
  5. Aging and Evolution: Just like fine wine, natural fragrances evolve over time. After three to five years, expect subtle changes as the fragrance matures and deepens. The scent may soften, becoming richer and more complex.

Exploring the Traits of Natural Fragrances

Engaging with natural craft perfumery is always a fresh and extraordinary experience—an exploration of the world and of oneself, discovering new and unexplored facets of life. You can never step into the same fragrance twice; this reflects the mutable nature of natural scents. Each fragrance unfolds differently on each person, and, moreover, its character is influenced by the weather, your state of mind, and mood.

We change, and so does the configuration of neural connections in our minds. No one remains unchanged. We evolve, our knowledge of familiar scents evolves, and even the natural ingredients themselves don’t remain completely constant. Thus, different batches of perfumes can vary in much the same way as wines from the same grape variety and vineyard but from different years. Different jasmine harvests may yield slightly different absolutes—and in the end, this will reflect on the subtleties of the fragrance profile. Since my perfumes are composed entirely of natural extracts, this variation may come to your attention. It’s life—nothing is ever exactly the same.

Just like tea, wine, or apple harvests, the plants that yield fragrant materials have their own cycles. I respect these cycles and strive to smooth out any noticeable differences as much as possible. The perfume formula always remains the same; I never change or remove ingredients. However, slight variations are possible. So if you particularly loved the sample from a specific batch, it might be worth purchasing a bottle from that same batch—just like you would with a bottle of wine from a particular vintage.
